CLEVELAND - Hayden Hatten was named to the 2022 FCS Athletic Directors Association All-America Team, released Monday.
The 10th annual award recognizes the top student-athletes from FCS institutions across 11 different positions. The 2022 class includes student-athletes from 11 different institutions, representing seven different conferences. Voting was conducted by a national panel, consisting of media and sports information directors.
Hatten, who led the FCS and broke the University of Idaho program record with 16 receiving touchdowns during the 2022 season, also racked up 1,209 receiving yards despite missing a game.
He had seven games with more than 100 yards receiving and tied a school record with four touchdowns against Eastern Washington. He had nine catches for 209 yards in Idaho's first-round playoff game against Southeastern Louisiana.
The award is the fourth All-American award for Hatten after earning First-Team All-American honors and Sophomore All-American honors from Hero Sports. He was also named a First-Team AP All-American and earlier today was named an All-American by
FCS Podcast Bluebloods.
Hatten is one of two Big Sky Conference representatives on the All-America team, the other being Weber State returner Abraham Williams.
