MOSCOW, Idaho -- Idaho volleyball (1-23, 0-13 BSC) will hit the road this week to take on regional rival Eastern Washington (11-12, 7-6 BSC). The Vandals are set to face the Eagles on Friday, Nov. 15, at 6 p.m. PST in Cheney, Wash.

ABOUT IDAHO
- The Vandals lost at home last week to Montana State (1-3) and Montana (0-3).
- Idaho was able to steal the first set from Montana State (25-20) but ultimately fell in four.
- Setter Natalia Wielgus posted a combined team-best 24 assists over the two matches, bringing her yearly total to 255 assists.
- Leading the Vandal offense, Julia Dickerson and Zuzanna Wieczorek collected 13 kills a piece last week. Wieczorek is tied for first with Taylor Brickey with a season total of 159 kills.
- On the defensive end, freshman Ada Isik tallied a combined 18 digs, leading the team with 192 this season.
SCOUTING THE EAGLES
- Eastern Washington enters the upcoming match coming off of a 3-2 win against Montana State to sit in fifth place in the Big Sky standings.
- The Eagles' defense is anchored by Bri Gunderson and Makenna Collins. Gunderson leads the Big Sky with an average of 1.53 blocks per set, while Collins ranks fifth in the conference with a 3.72 digs per set average.
- On the offensive front, Jannie Blake puts up an average of 5.08 assists per set. Teammate Kalista Lukovich leads the Eagles in kills, averaging 3.03 per set.
- As a team, the Eagles rank second in the Big Sky in both blocks per set (2.62) and digs per game (15.87).
