FARMINGTON, Utah – Alyssa Peters earned her second consecutive Big Sky Defensive MVP honor while six other Vandals earned All-Conference recognition, announced by the conference office on Tuesday. The Vandals tied Montana with the most all-conference awards with seven selections.
Peters is the first Vandal in program history to earn multiple Most Valuable Player awards, finishing the regular season with the second most assists in the nation at 13, along with two goals and one game-winner. The set-piece specialist did her damage in conference play, contributing to 10 assists and two goals in eight conference matches. She sits alongside Kelly Dopke (2018, Defensive) and Myah Merino (Spring 2021, Offensive) as the only Vandals to achieve MVP recognition.
Peters helped lead the Vandals to 11 wins, a program-best home winning percentage of 7-0-1 and seven shutouts. She holds the record in Big Sky history with 31 career assists and 13 assists in a single season. Peters placed first in the Big Sky in assists and assists per game (.72) while rankings third in points (17) and points per game (.94) as a defender.
Joining Peters on the First Team All-Conference team is
Annika Farley. Farley was a force for the Vandals in the midfield, leading the team with five goals and ranking second with three assists. She has played and started in all 18 games, accumulating 1,340 minutes of action through the regular season. This is Farley's first career Big Sky All-Conference award.
Margo Schoesler earned her fourth All-Conference award and third second-team nod following a five-goal season. She led the Vandals with five goals, 36 shots, and two game-winning goals. Schoesler played in all 18 games, registering 1,257 minutes in the 2024 season and moving her way up the Idaho Record Book. The Spokane native is second all-time in career games played (81), game-winning goals (11) and tied for fourth with 20 career goals.

Cassidy Elicker,
Rebekah Reyes and
Karli Yoshida-Williams all made an appearance on the Honorable Mention All-Conference list. Alfaro-Black earned her second consecutive Big Sky All-Conference award after registering four goals, two game-winners and 35 shots in 18 starts. She played hero in wins over UNLV and Portland State after clinching a pair of game-winning goals.
The center-back pairing of Elicker and Reyes continued to be a formidable presence for the Vandal defense, contributing to 11 victories and achieving a program-best home win percentage of 93.8. Reyes started in all 18 games and played in the second most minutes with 1,568. The pair have held their opponents to 20 goals this season and helped earn seven shutouts. Elicker and Reyes each tallied an assist in the 2024 campaign.
In her third season for the Vandals, Yoshida-Williams earned her first All-Conference nod after playing a pivotal role in the leading scoring team in the Big Sky. She posted eight points this season behind three goals and two assists. Yoshida-Williams recorded two game-winning goals to rank in a tie for first amongst her teammates, scoring winners over Cal State Northridge and Nevada.
The Vandals are the No. 2 seed in the Big Sky Tournament and will face the winner of the quarterfinal matchup of No. 3 Eastern Washington and No. 6 Portland State on November 8 at 10 a.m. PST in Missoula, Montana.
