MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho Vandals football team starts the week ranked No. 12 in the Stats Perform Top 25 and No. 15 in the AFCA Coaches Poll.
This is the 40
th consecutive week that Idaho has been ranked in the top 25 polls. The longest such streak happened between 1992-95 when Idaho was in the top 25 for 42 weeks in a row.
The Vandals' offense leads the Big Sky and has been nationally elite this season in third and fourth down conversions, ranking 11
th and seventh in the nation, respectively. With an average time of possession of 33:19, Idaho ranks eighth in the country and first in the conference for ball control.
Quarterback
Joshua Wood leads the Big Sky and is fifth in the nation as he's been responsible for 80 points this season. With six rushing touchdowns this season, Wood ranks ninth in the nation and 16
th in the country in total touchdowns, having racked up 10.
