Idaho (5-7, 0-0) vs. Gonzaga (4-2, 0-0)
- Stevens Center | Spokane, Washington
MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho Men's Tennis team looks to extend its three-match win streak on the road, where they will be competing against the Gonzaga Bulldogs in Spokane, Saturday, Feb. 21 at 1 p.m.
Gonzaga is currently on a four-match streak, with their last appearance garnering a win over Cal Poly. In that matchup, the Bulldogs secured the doubles point and took wins in the No. 1, No. 5, and No. 6 spots. Every singles match played pushed the Gonzaga players into a third set. In the end, Gonzaga came out on top over a scrappy Mustangs squad, 4-3.
The last time Idaho matched up with the Bulldogs was in the 2024-25 season, in which they emerged triumphant 4-3. Idaho's Canadian captain,
Chetanna Amadike, was the X factor in that match as he clinched the victory for the Vandals in the No. 2 singles spot.
Idaho currently trails the all-time series record 13-14 and looks to go into this battle with a recovered and healthy team.
This week's match will be available to watch live on Gonzaga Tennis Live, and Live Stats will be provided.
