BANDON, Ore. – The Idaho Vandal men's golf team hosts the 17th Bandon Dunes Championship, Sunday through Tuesday on Pacific Dunes, the No. 2 rated public course in the U.S. by Golf Digest.
 
The field includes Big Ten's Oregon and WCC's Oregon State, along with Santa Clara, and Big Sky foe Sacramento State.
 
The Vandals struggled last week after travel issues, but look to get back to form. Idaho won two tournaments in the fall.
 
Sam Johnson will play from the No. 1 spot in the lineup after leading the Vandals in Fresno. Josh McCartain will play No. 2 while Dalton Dean will be the No. 3 golfer and Henrik Koglin will play at No. 4. Charley Simpson will close out the lineup at No. 5. Joe Syles will play as an individual.
 
The tournament tees off Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and live scoring is available via Scoreboard.
