2014 Outdoor: Larson was a member of the 2014 Outdoor Western Athletic Conference Championship team…competed in the 5000m (19:33.45) and the 10000m (40:18.93) at the meet…ran a career-best time in the 5000m at the OSU High Performance Meet with a time of 17:53.18… also ran a career-best time in the 10000m at the Mt.SAC Relays with a time of 37:30.04.
2014 Indoor: Larson earned Second-Team All-WAC honors for her sixth-place finish in the 5000m with a time of 18:31.43…also finished eighth in the 3000m with a time of 10:24.48 at the meet…ran a career-best time in the 800m at the WSU Open II with a time of 2:21.47…also ran a career-best time in the 3000m at the UW Open with a time of 10:07.01 and in the 5000m at the Husky Classic with a time of 17:53.97.
2013 Cross Country: Larson was Idaho's fifth scorer at the WAC Championships with a 10th overall finish (18:36.70)...helped the Vandals win the WAC team tilte for the fourth year in a row... also 24th overall at the Clash of the Inland Northwest with a time of 15:11 over the 4K course... placed 26th at the Sundodger Invitational over the 6K course with a time of 22:00... finsihed 128th at the NCAA West Region Championships with a time of 21:45 over the 6K course.
2013 Outdoor: Larson compted in distance events for Idaho as a sophomore... finished third in the Idaho Jamboree May.4 with a career-best time of 4:52.29...ran a career-best 38:55.04 in the 10,000m at the WAC Outdoor Championships.
2013 Indoor: Larson competed in distance events for Idaho as a sophomore... finished second in the mile run at the Vandal Collegiate Feb. 2 with a career-best time of 5:23.28...posted a career-best time in the 3000m at the UW Open with a time of 10:31.53... ran a career-best 18:20.71 in the 5000m at the Husky Classic Feb. 9.
2012 Outdoor: Larson competed in the distance events for Idaho as a true freshman … finished 10th in the 10,000m at the WAC Outdoor Championships with a career-best time of 39:47.69 and 20th in the 5000m with a time of 19:58.28 … won the 10,000m at the Sam Adams Classic with a time of 40:13.26 on March 31 … took second in the 5000m on March 24 at the Buc Scoring Invitational with a time of 19:17.79 … finished 17th and ran a career-best 18:52.98 in the 5000m at the WAR V dual meet … Spring WAC All-Academic honoree.
2012 Indoor: Larson competed in the distance events for Idaho as a true freshman … ran a career-best 11:19.08 in the 3000m and finished 12th in the event at the Vandal Collegiate on Feb. 18.
High School: Larson ran distance for Capital High School … was voted team captain of the track and field team her senior year in 2011 … also voted Most Inspirational, Most Dedicated and Most Competitive … ran career bests of 2:32.23 in the 800m, 5:40.78 in the 1600m, 12:16.15 in the 3200m and 9:04.5 in the 2000m steeplechase during high school … in cross country, ran a career-best 5k time of 20:49.90 at the NNU Invitational as a senior … finished 53rd at the 2008 Idaho 5A State Championships as a sophomore.
