2014 Outdoor: Dempsey ran a career-best time of 2:25.46 in the 800m at the Whitworth Twilight Meet…also finished third in the 800m at the Vandal Jamboree with a time of 2:33.93

2014 Indoor: Dempsey ran in three meets for the Vandals… hit a career-best mark in the 800m at the Runners Soul Open with a time of 2:23.75… also ran the event at the Cougar Indoor and the WSU Open II.

2013 Outdoor: Ran in four meets for the Vandals...finished first at the Vandal Jamboree in the 800m (2:33.29)...Dempsey's best 800m time of the season was a 2:33.07 fifth-place finish at the Duane Hartman Invitational.

2013 Indoor: Represented Idaho in seven meets in the indoor season...Dempsey ran a majority of her races in the 800m...set a new career best time in the 400m (1:04.53) at the Vandal open...ran a new personal best in the 600m at the WSU Open (1:48.96).

Outdoor 2012: Dempsey ran a season best time of 2:28.74 in the 800m at teh Buc Scoring Invite...She also ran the 800m at the WAR IV NW Scoring Clash.

Indoor 2012: Set a career best time of 2:24.52 in the 800m at the Vandal Collegiate...also ran the 800m at the Idaho Open and the WSU Cougar Indoor.

Personal: She is the daughter of Pat and Dempsey…has four other siblings…transfer from Eastern Washington...plans on studying chemical engineering.
