2014 Outdoor: Howe ran a career-best time of 2:00.36 in the 800m at the Whitworth Twilight Meet…and placed third at the Vandal Jamboree in the 800m with a time of 2:02.66.

2014 Indoor: Howe ran a career-best time of 1:25.44 in the 600m at the WSU Open... and he also ran a career-best time of 2:02.47 in the 800m at the Runners Soul Open.

Western Washington: Transfered from Western Washington...ran the 400m, 800m and1500m.

High School: Lakewood High School… School record for the 800m…Scholastic Achievement Award.
