2015 Outdoor: Trumbauer had seven top-five finishes on the season… Had a first-place finish in the Hammer Throw at the Border Clash 2015 with a mark of 59.00m (193' 7") which also happened to be a career-best throw in the event… Tumbauer finished fourth at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the Hammer Throw with a mark of 58.80m (192' 11").
2015 Indoor: Trumbauer finished first in the first meet on the season, the Ed Jacoby Invite and Multi 2015 in the Weight Throw event with a mark of 17.38m (57' 0.25")…Trumbauer also set a career-best in the same event at the 2015 UW Husky Classic with a throw of 17.78m (58' 4")… He held down a tenth place finish at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in the Weight Throw.
2014 Outdoor: Trumbauer earned Second-Team All-WAC honors for his fourth-place finish in the hammer throw with a career-best mark of 184-10 (56.33m)… helped aid the men to a 2014 Western Athletic Conference Championship…placed third in the hammer throw at the Vandal Jamboree with a mark of 174-2 (53.08m) and third at the Cougar Invitational with a toss of 174-4 (53.15m)… hit a career-best mark in the shot put at the Sun Angel Classic with a mark of 40-3.5 (12.28m).
2014 Indoor: Trumbauer was a member of the 2014 Western Athletic Conference Championship team… earned Second-Team All-WAC honors for his fourth-place finish in the weight throw with a toss of 56-10.25 (17.33m)…hit a career-best mark in the weight throw at the Cougar Indoor with a mark of 57-5 (17.50m).
2013 Outdoor: Trumbauer earned First-Team All-WAC Honors with his third place finish in the hammer throw (181-7,55.34m) at the WAC Championship... finished fourth at the Vandal Jamboree on May.14 with a heave of 173-5 (52.86m).
2013 Indoor: Trumbauer posted a career-best mark at the WAC Indoor Championship with his seventh-place mark of 55-1 (16.79m) in the weight throw...finished second in the weight throw at the WSU Open on Jan.12 with a toss of 52-0 (15.58m)... also placed second at the Cougar Indoor on Jan.26 with a heave of 54-10.25 (16.72m).
2012 Outdoor: Trumbauer was an All-WAC honoree in his first outdoor season as a Vandal … set a career best by nearly 12 feet in the hammer throw at the WAC Outdoor Championships to finish fifth with a mark of 162-11 (49.66m) and earned Second-Team All-WAC honors … took ninth in the hammer at the Vandal Jamboree on May 5 with a mark of 152-0 (46.32m) … improved his career best in the hammer by nearly 20 feet over his two final meets of the season … took third in his heat of the hammer at the WAR V dual meet on April 7 with a mark of 143-1 (43.62m).
2012 Indoor: Trumbauer was an All-WAC performer in a pair of throwing events for Idaho as a redshirt freshman … hit a career-best 51-9.75 (15.79m) to take sixth in the weight throw at the WAC Indoor Championships, then added a sixth-place toss of 40-8.25 (12.40m) in the shot put for his first career points and Second-Team All-WAC honors … hit a career-best 44-6.25 (13.57m) in the shot put at the UW Open on Feb. 12 … cracked the 50-foot barrier in the weight throw for the first time with a toss of 50-0 (15.24m) at the Vandal Collegiate on Feb. 18.
2011: Trumbauer redshirted the 2011 indoor and outdoor seasons.
High School: Trumbauer posted bests of 140-11 in the discus throw and 43-10 in the shot put at Bishop Blanchet High School … helped BBHS win the 2010 Metro Championship with a runner-up finish in the discus throw (139-4) and a third-place shot put finish (43-10) … took ninth at the Washington 3A State Championships in the discus with a throw of 139-3.
Personal: He is the son of Mark and Kathy Trumbauer … has one sister … majoring in Exercise Science and Health at Idaho.
