2013 Cross Country: Paradis was the fourth Vandal across the finish line at the WAC Championships finishing sixth overall (18:21.40)...helped aid the Vandal women in their fourth-consecutive WAC title...placed 28th at the Clash of the Inland Northwest over the 4K course (15:15)...finished 44th at the Bronco Invitational with a time of 21:28.1 over the 6K course... finished 146th overall at the NCAA West Region Championships with a time of 21:58 over the 6K coruse.
2013 Outdoor: Paradis competed in distance events for Idaho as a junior...finished eigth at the Bryan Clay Invite Apr.19 with a career-best time of 18:08.87... posted a career-best time in the 10,000m at the WAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 38:22.73... placed 18th in the 5000m with a time of 18:16.96 at the WAC Championships.
2013 Indoor: Paradis competed in distance events for Idaho as a junior... posted a career-best time in the mile with a time of 5:07.31 at the UW Indoor Feb.10... ran a career-best time int he 3000m at the Husky Classic Feb.9 with a time of 10.11.69... took 20th in the 3000m at the WAC Indoor Championship with a time of 10:35.27 and also earned Second-Team All-WAC honors at the meet with a sixth place finish in the 5000m (18:14.72).
2012 Outdoor: Paradis competed once for Idaho, but missed the remainder of the season with injury … ran an 11:31.60 to win the 3000m steeplechase at the Buc Scoring Invitational on March 24.
2012 Indoor: Paradis redshirted the 2012 indoor season with an injury.
2011 Cross Country: Paradis earned First-Team All-WAC honors as a sophomore … was Idaho’s second finisher with a career-best fourth overall placing (18:29.5) at the WAC Cross Country Championships … helped Idaho win the WAC Championship for the second-consecutive year … the second Idaho finisher at 58th overall with a time of 21:39 at the NCAA West Region Cross Country Championships … the third Vandal finisher at 24th overall at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational with a time of 17:39.5 … Idaho’s second finisher at 22nd overall at the Dellinger Invitational with a 17:24.64 … Idaho’s second finisher after placing 10th overall in 21:40.55 at the Sundodger Invitational … took 14th at the Inland Northwest Cross Country Classic with a time of 14:51.6.
2011 Outdoor: Paradis scored for Idaho in her first career WAC Outdoor Championship meet as a freshman … took seventh in the 1500m at the WAC Championships with a career-best time of 4:39.51 to score two points … also took 12th in the 800m at the WAC meet with a career-best time of 2:14.71 … won the 800m in her first career outdoor meet at the Dusty Lane Open (2:19.21) and also claimed an event win in the 1500m at the Sam Adams Classic (4:51.79) on Apr. 2.
2011 Indoor: Paradis competed in the 800m for the Vandal women as a true freshman ... finished 15th in the 800m at the WAC Indoor Championships with a time of 2:21.23 ... ran a career-best 2:18.01 (converted for track size) at the WSU Open II on Feb. 19 ... also posted a 2:18.23 at the Husky Classic on Feb. 12.
2010 Cross Country: Paradis took 38th overall and helped Idaho claim the team title at the WAC Championships with a time of 19:02 ... posted her top career finish at the All-Idaho Cup after going 16th overall with a time of 19:12.68 ... was Idaho's second finisher at the Inland Northwest Cross Country Challenge, where she took 21st overall in 19:23.2 ... helped Idaho claim the team title at the Charles Bowles Invitational after running an 18:45.69 and finishing 67th ... finished 45th at the Sundodger Invitational with a time of 23:12.21
