High School: Wilfong competed in track and field, basketball and volleyball at Newberg High School ... as a senior, posted bests of 35-11.75 in the shot put and 118-10 in the discus throw ... as a senior, finished sixth at the 2011 Oregon 6A State Championships in the discus with a toss of 115-8 ... also posted a best of 75-10 in the javelin as a junior.

Personal: She is the daughter of John and Amby Wilfong ... has one brother, Travis ... she is an Animal Science and Spanish double-major who is enrolled in the Pre-Vet program at Idaho.
