Box Score SACRAMENTO—The Vandal men's tennis team continued its roll through the Big Sky on Saturday. Idaho picked up its sixth conference win of the season, recording a 5-2 victory at Sacramento State.

Idaho (6-5, 6-0 BSC) took down the Hornets with ease in doubles, claiming the first point of the match. Lucas Coutinho and Esteban Santibanez picked up the first win of the day, going 6-3 over Sac State at No. 2. Guilherme Scarpelli and Felipe Fonseca also scored a 6-3 win at No. 3. Carlos Longhi Neto and Mark Kovacs, the 53rd ranked pair in the country, closed doubles with a 6-4 win at the top court.

The Vandals won early on in singles, clinching the match with a 4-0 lead. Kovacs got singles the ball rolling with a quick 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 2. Santibanez scored his third conference win of the season with a 6-1, 7-5 win at No. 5. Scarpelli closed out the win with his 7-5, 7-5 win at No. 3.

Coutinho recorded the final win of the night, outlasting Bernardo Moraes in three sets at No. 6.

The Vandals head across the California border to Nevada on Sunday. Idaho will take on the Wolf Pack at 10 a.m.
