Indian Wells, Calif.— Idaho men's tennis fell to No. 6 Baylor Bears 5-0 in the first round of the BNP Paribas Open Collegiate Tennis Challenge presented by Oracle Friday evening at the Indian Wells Garden Tennis Center.

The Vandals were swept by the Bears at both doubles one and three. At doubles two, the match went unfinished, but Baylor had the upper hand on Idaho, 5-3. Vandals entered in to singles play down 1-0.

Unable to keep pace, Idaho dropped four matches at courts one, three, five and six in two sets. Baylor had enough points to call the match with two unfinished courts.

The Vandals (4-7) will take on Purdue on Saturday at 5 p.m. in the first round of consolation play.
