All 10 have now officially graduated from the University of Idaho. While each will surely move on to do great things, it's time to take a look back at what the incredible run meant to those involved. Some of the graduates were asked to explain, in short, "what did the Vandals mean to you?"
Daggs – Being a Vandal student-athlete meant perseverance and family to me. I was fully determined throughout my whole college career to get to where I am today and so many people helped me along the way. The University of Idaho is such a family oriented community. I am proud to be a Vandal alumni.
Daley – To me, being a Vandal represents opportunity. I was given the opportunity to excel on the field of play and in my academic pursuits. For that I am forever grateful to have earned the title, Vandal.
Dion – Being a Vandal is something I'll always cherish. It means always working hard when no one else is watching, to not only better myself but the people around me.
Kelly – Being a Vandal has meant more than just wearing that jersey and playing in the Kibbie Dome. It brought me lifelong friends, the opportunity to pursue a medical career and has become my home. Moscow will always have a piece of my heart and I am forever grateful to have had the opportunity to come to school here!
Presgrave - Being a Vandal means making a difference and coming together as a family. We work hard every day and enjoy each other's company by night. We come together during the hard times and persevere through them with our blue collar attitudes.
Watanabe – Being a Vandal meant out working every team and making yourself a better person on and off the field.
Wiencek – Being a Vandal meant being part of a close-knit team and community. It meant being a blue collar, gold standard athlete, where hard work was valued and taught. Being a Vandal also means not giving up and playing until that final whistle goes off.
