OGDEN, Utah – Two Vandals were named to the Big Sky All-Tournament Team. Seniors
Myah Merino and
Hadley Sbrega ended their Vandal careers with one final honor.
Merino was recently named the Big Sky Co-Offensive MVP and was also named First Team All-Conference. She finished with four goals this season and 14 career goal, putting her seventh on the Vandals' all-time scoring list. Meanwhile, Sbrega was named Second Team All-Big Sky in 2018 and Honorable Mention in 2019. Merino started all 11 games for Idaho this year, while Sbrega started all 10 games she appeared in.
The Vandals finished the 2021 Spring Season with a narrow 1-0 loss to Northern Arizona in the semifinals of the Big Sky Tournament. Four Vandals earned All-Conference accolades while
Jeremy Clevenger was named the Coach of the Year. Â
