2014 Outdoor: Brunner earned First-Team All-WAC Honors for his third-place finish in the 800m with a career-best time of 1:53.05 aiding to the men’s WAC Championship…he also won the 800m at the Sam Adams Classic with a time of 1:57.63.

2014 Indoor: Brunner was a member of the 2014 Western Athletic Conference Indoor Championship team… earned Second-Team All-WAC honors at the meet with a fifth-place finish in the 800m with a career-best time of 1:54.89…he also earned a First-Team All-WAC honor for his leg of the second-place distance medley relay… and ran a career-best time of 4:24.78 in the mile at the UW Open.

2013 Cross Country: In his first season as a Vandal Brunner took 56th at the Clash of the Inland Northwest over the 6K course with a time of 20:40.

High School: University High School…Brunner was the Greater Spokane League student athlete for the fall season … posted career-bests in the 800m (1:53) and the 1600m (4:16).

Personal: Son of James and Karen Brunner… has two sisters; Christina and Jenny, and one brother; Michael...graduated University High School with his AA certification in communication.
