2014 Outdoor: Sheppard was a member of the 2014 Outdoor Western Athletic Conference Championship team… finished ninth in the heptathlon with 4,022 points…placed third in the high jump at the Sam Adams Classic with a jump of 4-11.75 (1.52m).

2014 Indoor: Sheppard competed in multi-events for the Vandals as a freshman… placed eighth in the pentathlon with 2,979 points…place second in the 60m hurdles at the Cougar Indoor with a time of 10.12…also finished third in the 800m at the Cougar Indoor and place third in the high jump at the Runners Soul Open.

High School: Kellog High School...three-year captain...also played basketball and soccer...all-league selection in both basketball and soccer...member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: daughter of Tonya and Todd Sheppard... has two sisters, Trista and Taeya...enjoys fishing, sports and photography...plans to major in exercise science.
