DENVER – Idaho senior Nikki Imanaka was named the Western Athletic Conference Diver of the Week, for the week of Nov. 5-11. Imanaka swept the one- and three-meter springboard events Saturday, against Wyoming. This is the first weekly award of Imanaka's career.
 
The Kaneohe, Hawaii, native got Idaho out to an early lead over the Cowgirls with a commanding victory on three-meter. Imanaka scored 278.25 to win the event by nearly 15 points. Imanaka finished off a sweep of the diving events by earning a narrow victory on one-meter with a  score of 270.82.
 
Imanaka will lead the Vandal divers back in action Nov. 16-18, at the Northern Arizona Diving Invitational.
