Box Score GREELEY, Colo.—Idaho women's tennis picked up its second win of the conference season on Sunday. The Vandals defeated Northern Colorado, 6-1, to wrap up the weekend.

Idaho (2-2, 2-0) had to play from behind after dropping the doubles point. All three matches were tightly contested, but the Bears were able to sweep the board. UNC picked up the first leg, 6-4, at No. 3. UNC clinched the point in No. 2 doubles. Madeline Doherty and Sarina Chhabra bested Laura Spataro and Maria Tavares, 7-5. UNC swept the point with a 7-6(4) win at No. 1.

Marianna Petrei picked up Idaho's first point of the day at No. 1 singles. She dispatched of Raffa Mora with ease, 6-1, 6-1. Spataro also made quick work of her opponent at the No. 4 position, 6-0, 6-1. Senior Lucia Badillos gave the Vandals a 3-1 lead with a strong 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 3.

Tavares picked up the clincher for the Vandals at No. 2. She went 6-3, 6-2 over Tristen Bryant-Otake. Shion Watabe and Marta Magalhães  closed out singles play with wins at No. 6 and No. 5, respectively.

Idaho is back on the road next Sunday, traveling to No. 24
