PRELIM RESULTS | FINAL RESULTS
FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – A pair of Vandals earned spots in the final of the 1-meter competition on day two of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Diving Championships. With one day remaining, Idaho is poised to move up the standings when competition concludes on Saturday.

The Vandals made a big move on the penultimate day and now sit within striking distance of fifth overall. They currently sit in sixth with 387 points, with Cal Baptist just ahead in fifth with 398.

Hailey Faith and
Emily Mack moved on in the 1-meter final. They earned the final two spots after taking seventh and eighth, respectively, in the prelims, but both improved their standing in the final.

Faith jumped three spots in the final to take fourth overall. She scored 241.65 points in the final, a 17-point improvement on the prelims. Mack jumped one spot, taking seventh in the final with a score of 232.40.

Allison Shimp placed fourth in the consolation final after posting a score of 213.85.
Irelyne McGee narrowly missed a spot in the consolation final after scoring 159.70 points in the prelims.
