MOSCOW, Idaho - After starting strong on the road in the first three weeks of the season, Idaho swim and dive returned home to Moscow for the first two of three home meets in a row, setting school records and knocking off 12x defending conference champion Northern Arizona in the process.
The Vandals are set to return to action this week, hosting Colorado State of the Mountain West for a dual meet over two days in the UI Swim Center. Originally taking place all on Saturday, Nov. 8, all of the diving events will now take place on Friday, Nov. 7, beginning at 4:30 PM PT. The swimming events will take place on Saturday, kicking off at 10:30 AM, and the order of events is listed below.

Colorado State is currently sitting at 2-1 in dual meets, notching a narrow 157-143 victory over Denver, a common opponent with the Vandals, and a strong 218-85 win over Colorado Mesa. Last weekend, the Rams visited their first league opponent of the year and narrowly fell, 146-154, to Wyoming on Halloween.

WEEKLY HONORS FOR THE VANDALS
For her record-breaking performance vs. NAU on Friday and a strong follow-up vs. Denver, sophomore Marie Mason received Female Athlete of the Week honors from the MPSF. She reset the top mark in the 1000 Y Freestyle with a time of 10:09.11 and followed that up with what would have been the third-best mark had she not set the record the day before. As a cherry on top, Mason also put up a top-10 mark in the 400 Y IM over the weekend as well.
This is the first career honor for the sophomore and the second for Idaho this season, as freshman diver Kelly Mejorada received the same nod in week one after a record-setting performance in the 1M dive.
