MOSCOW, Idaho- For the final time in non-conference action, Idaho Swim and Dive will branch out to compete in three total meets, including celebrating the swimmers and divers who will be representing the program one final time at home.
The divers will head south for Flagstaff, AZ to compete in the NAU Diving Invite at the Wall Aquatic Center, starting Thursday, Jan. 29, and going through Saturday, Jan. 31. The Vandals will compete in the 1M prelims and finals on the first day, followed by the 3M on the second and closing out with the platform on Saturday, which will also serve as senior day for the Lumberjacks.
Back home, the swimmers will renew the annual two-day dual with Palouse foe Washington State, crossing the border to Pullman for Friday's action in the Gibb Pool before hosting the Cougars in the UI Swim Center on Saturday.
SENIOR DAY
Head Coach Dr. Mark Sowa and staff invite Vandal fans to show up early for the 10:30 AM start time on Saturday to honor the Idaho seniors who will be competing for the Black and Gold for the final time in Moscow. Madelynn Butler, Cadence Gabel, Avery Keinonen, Ginger Kiefer, McKenzie Kovalcsik, Amelia Perkins, Bethany Rahn, Grace Ruble, and Maya Salvitti will be recognized for their contributions to the university and the community as well as the impact they have left on Idaho.
