2012 Outdoor: Blackwood scored as a member of Idaho’s 4x100m relay at the WAC Outdoor Championships … ran the opening leg of the 4x100m relay that took fourth in a time of 46.87, which ranks ninth all-time at Idaho … also finished 13th in the 100m dash at the WAC Championships with a career-best time of 12.35 … top finish of the season was a runner-up race at the Sam Adams Classic on March 31 in the 100m at 12.86 … ran a 26.26 in the 200m at the WAR V dual on April 7.

2012 Indoor: Blackwood competed in the sprints her first season at Idaho … posted a top time of 7.96 in the 60m dash in the preliminary round at the Idaho Indoor Open … finished eighth at the Vandal Indoor in the 60m with a time of 8.06.

Utah State: Blackwood earned Second-Team All-WAC honors in 2010 as a member of Utah State’s fifth-place 4x100m relay outdoors … finished 16th in the 100m (12.32) and 21st in the 200m (25.71) in the 200m at the 2010 WAC Outdoor Championships as a freshman.

High School: Blackwood won four Idaho 5A state titles at Twin Falls High School and led the Bruins to a 2009 Idaho 5A state runner-up finish as a senior … helped lead Twin Falls to back-to-back 4x100m relay state titles in 2008 and 2009 … ran a 12.86 to finish seventh in the 100m dash in 2009 as a senior … helped Twin Falls to a state fifth-place finish in 2008 as a junior … tied for 11th in the 200m at the 2007 Idaho state meet as a sophomore … voted Team MVP for track and field in 2009 as a senior … also competed in soccer and basketball and was a team captain in both.

Personal: She is the daughter of Daniel and Stefanie Blackwood … has one sister, Kendall, and one brother, Kade … was an honor student at Twin Falls High School … intends to major in Political Science (Pre-Law) at Idaho.
