2008: Rogan helped the Vandal men take a 1-2-3 sweep of the shot put at the WAC Indoor Championships by taking third with a personal-best throw of 16.94m (55-7) and earning first-team all-WAC honors. He also earned second-team honors by placing sixth in the 35-lb. weight throw with a personal-best distance of 18.04m (59-2.25). He became the fourth Vandal ever to break the 200-foot barrier in the hammer throw at the WSU Cougar Invitational with a second-place toss of 61.93m (203-2). He earned second-team all-WAC honors in the discus throw at the WAC Outdoor Championships with a fifth-place toss of 49.21m (161-5) and also took seventh in the shot put with a throw of 16.09m (52-9.5) and 10th in the hammer with a throw of 55.79m (183-0). He qualified for the NCAA West Regional in the hammer throw and finished 18th. He also earned USTFCCCA Division I All-Academic Team honors for the second-straight season.

2007: Rogan took seventh in the men’s shot put at the WAC Indoor Championships with a throw of 15.96m (52-4.5) and 12th in the 35-lb. weight throw with a toss of 16.53m (54-2.75). He had a breakout outdoor campaign, as he improved his hammer throw best by nearly 20 feet at the WAC Outdoor Championships, where he hit 58.56m (192-1) and finished third for his first career first-team all-WAC honors. He also earned second-team honors with a throw of 47.50m (155-10) in the discus to finish fifth. He also took seventh in the shot put with a toss of 15.70m (51-6.25). He qualified for the NCAA West Regional in the hammer and finished 14th with a throw of 58.57m (192-2). After the season, he was honored by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches' Association as a Division I All-Academic Team selection.

2006: Rogan finished seventh in the shot put and 13th in the weight throw at the WAC Indoor Championships. He redshirted the outdoor season.

Personal: He is the son of Joseph and Elizabeth Rogan. He was born Jan. 9, 1987, at Andrews Air Force Base. He has two sisters, Regina and Katy, and one brother, Joseph. He was the 2004 Idaho 5A state champion in the shot put for Eagle High School. He is majoring in Mechanical Engineering at Idaho.
