Biography

2012 Outdoor: Digby had a breakout senior season with a pair of WAC titles and an NCAA bid in the distance events … led Idaho’s women with 24 team points at the WAC Outdoor Championships … won her first career outdoor WAC title with a 4:29.92 in the 1500m, then followed it up with a career-best 17:14.44 in the 5000m for her second career WAC crown … became the first woman in Idaho history to sweep the 1500m and 5000m titles at a single conference championship meet … her 5000m time ranks ninth all-time at Idaho … finished fifth in the 800m with a career-best time of 2:13.21 at the WAC Outdoor Championships … was a First-Team All-WAC honoree in the 1500m and 5000m and a Second-Team honoree in the 800m … earned an NCAA bid in the 1500m and finished 25th at the NCAA West Preliminary with a time of 4:30.46 … earned first career WAC Track Athlete of the Week honor on April 9 … took third in her heat of the 1500m at the Stanford Invitational on April 6 with a career-best time of 4:22.18, which ranks third all-time at Idaho … Spring WAC All-Academic honoree.

2012 Indoor: Digby earned three First-Team All-WAC honors, won her first career WAC title and helped set a WAC Championship meet record as a senior … ran the lead-off leg of Idaho’s WAC champion distance medley relay, which posted a meet-record 11:41.67 … finished second in the 3000m with a career-best 9:45.46 to help a 1-2-3 Idaho sweep in the event … took third in the mile run with a time of 4:49.84 … earned First-Team All-WAC honors in each event which she competed at the WAC Championships … ran a career-best 4:46.44 in an eighth-place finish in the mile run at the UW Final Qualifier on Mar. 3 … finished third in the 800m at the Vandal Indoor on Feb. 3 with a career-best 2:11.22 … finished the season ranked 95th in the NCAA in the mile run … Winter WAC All-Academic honoree.

2010 Cross Country: Digby earned second-team all-WAC honors after taking 11th and helping lead Idaho to a team title at the WAC Championships ... she ran an 18:10 on the 5k course and was Idaho's fourth finisher at the meet ... was Idaho's fifth scorer at the NCAA West Region Championships with a 6k time of 22:09.87 and a 115th overall finish ... took seventh in the season-opening All-Idaho Cup with a time of 18:43.44 as Idaho's women claimed the team title ... helped the Vandals win the Charles Bowles Invitational by placing 21st with a time of 18:04.67 ... took 19th overall at the Dellinger Invitational with a 6k time of 21:03.40 ... finished 31st at the Sundodger Invitational with a 6k time of 22:41.65

2010 Indoor: Digby finished 12th in the mile at the WAC Indoor Championships with a time of 5:17.48 and also ran a leg of the team's fourth-place distance medley relay. She ran a season-best 5:02.54 in the mile at the Husky Classic, which was the WAC's fourth-best time of the season. She also ran a season-best 2:22.20 in the 800m at the Runner's Soul Open.

2010 Outdoor: Digby earned second-team all-WAC honors for the third time in her career with a sixth-place finish in the 1500m at the WAC Outdoor Championships. She finished the race in a time of 4:42.98. She also took 14th in the 5000m run with a time of 18:44.07. She ran a career-best 4:35.96 in the 1500m at the Mt. SAC Relays and finished 38th overall.

2009 Cross Country: Digby finished 32nd at the WAC Cross Country Championships after running the 5000m course in 20:48.6. She also finished 16th at the Inland Northwest Cross Country Challenge, 34th at the Charles Bowles Invitational and 36th at the Sundodger Invitational.

2008-09: Digby took 18th athe the WAC Championships with a 5k time of 19:11.10 and competed in the NCAA West Regional Championships.

2007-08: Digby made a splash immediately for Idaho as a true freshman with a 15th-place finish at the WAC Cross Country Championships to help the Vandal women take the team title. She took 10th in the mile run at the WAC Indoor Championships and eighth in the 1500m at the WAC Outdoor Championships.

Personal: She is the daughter of Brad and Andrea Digby. She was born April 23, 1989 at Comox, British Columbia, Canada. She has one sister, Katherine. Her major at Idaho is Biology. She was a six-time champion at the Vancouver High School Championships and a three-time Vancouver city cross country champion for Kitsilano Secondary.
