2008: Rey ran a personal-best 57.43 at the WAC Indoor Championships to take eighth in the 400m. During the outdoor season, she improved her 400m time by more than one second and hit a personal-best 56.65 at the WAC Championships, where she finished ninth. She also ran a personal-best 25.78 in the 200m during the season. 

2007: Rey finished 16th in the 400m and ran a leg of the eighth-place 4x400m relay at the WAC Indoor Championships. She finished 15th in the 400m and helped the 4x400m relay finish sixth at the WAC Outdoor Championships.

Personal: She is the daughter of David Rey and Karla Morris. She was born Oct. 6, 1987 at Grand Coulee, Wash. She has two sisters, Payton and Riley Ellis. She won the 2005 Idaho 3A state titles in the 200m and 400m to help Priest River Lamanna High School win the team title, then won the 2006 Idaho 5A state title in the 400m and ran on the state champion 4x400m relay for Lewiston High School. She is majoring in Crime and Justice Studies and Sociology at Idaho.
