2013 Outdoor: Leonard earned First-Team All-WAC honors as a senior at Idaho...finished first in the discus throw with a career-best mark of 162-8 (49.59m) at the WAC Outdoor Championships...threw a career-best 48-10.75 (14.90m) in the shot put at the Vandal Jamboree May.5 and added another career-best in the hammer throw (175-8, 53.55m) at the meet...earned WAC Athlete of the Week award Apr.29-May.5.
2013 Indoor: Leonard competed in throws for Idaho as a senior... finished second in the Idaho Collegiate with a career-best toss in the weight throw of 57-7.75 (17.57m)...racked up several first place finishes in the weight throw, WSU Open Jan.12 (54-8.72, 16.68m), WSU Indoor Jan.26 (54-5.5, 16.60m), Vandal Indoor Feb.1 (55-1.5, 17.03m), Vandal Collegiate Feb. 2 (56-6.75, 17.24m), Idaho Open Feb.16 (56-9.5, 17.31)... earned Second-Team All-WAC at the WAC Indoor Championships with her sixth place finishes in the shot put (46-10.75) and in the weight throw (57-2, 17.42m)... earned Athlete of the Week honors for the week of Feb. 11-17.
2012 Outdoor: Leonard was an NCAA qualifier in the discus throw in her second year as a Vandal … finished 40th in the discus at the NCAA West Preliminary with a mark of 147-1 (44.84m) … earned First-Team All-WAC honors in the shot put with a third-place finish and a career-best mark of 48-0.5 (14.64m) at the WAC Outdoor Championships, then added Second-Team All-WAC honors with a fourth-place discus mark of 159-2 (48.51m) … won the shot put at the Duane Hartman Invitational on April 28 with a toss of 47-9.75 (14.57m) … posted a winning discus throw mark of 153-4 (46.73m) at the WAR V dual meet on April 7 … set a career best with a second-place heave of 161-11 (47.83m) in the discus at the Duane Hartman Invitational … moved into sixth all-time at Idaho in the discus throw and ninth in the shot put during the season … Spring WAC All-Academic honoree.
2012 Indoor: Leonard competed in the throws for Idaho as a junior … finished eighth and scored one point for the Vandal women in the shot put at the WAC Indoor Championships with a mark of 43-11.75 (13.40m) … also competed in the weight throw at the WAC meet, but fouled … threw a season-best 44-8 (13.61m) in a second-place finish in the shot put at the Vandal Indoor on Feb. 3 … finished second at the Vandal Collegiate on Feb. 18 with a career-best 55-10.5 (17.03m) in the weight throw … competed twice in the indoor discus throw at home meets and won both times at the Vandal Indoor on Feb. 3 (158-3) and Vandal Collegiate on Feb. 18 (156-10) … Winter WAC All-Academic honoree.
2011 Outdoor: Leonard moved into Idaho’s all-time top-10 in both the shot put and discus in her first outdoor season as a Vandal … earned second-team all-WAC honors in the shot put at the WAC Championships with a career-best toss of 46-2.75 (14.09m) that bumped her to eighth all-time at Idaho … took 10th in the discus at the WAC meet with a throw of 135-11 (41.42m) … took second in the discus at the Cougar Invitational on Apr. 23 with a toss of 157-10 (48.11m), which puts her at sixth in Idaho history … won the shot put (41-8.5) at the Cougar Invitational on Apr. 23 and the discus throw (148-3) at the Sam Adams Classic on Apr. 2 … WAC Spring All-Academic honoree.
2011 Indoor: Leonard earned second-team all-WAC honors in her first season as a Vandal ... finished sixth at the WAC Indoor Championships with a throw of 44-7 (13.59m) and also took 18th in the 20-lb. weight throw at 45-8.25 (13.93m) ... hoisted indoor career-best throws of 45-3.5 (13.80m) in the shot put and 48-5.25 (14.76m) in the weight throw at the WSU Open II on Feb. 19.
Concordia University: Leonard competed at Concordia as a freshman in 2009 ... earned All-America honors after finishing fifth in the discus at the 2009 NAIA Outdoor Championships with a toss of 147-10 (45.06m) ... also qualified for the NAIA Championships in the shot put and finished 24th with a throw of 41-1.75 (12.54m) ... finished ninth in the shot put at the 2009 NAIA Indoor Championships with a throw of 43-9.75 (13.35m) ... outdoor career best of 44-0 ranks second all-time at Concordia, while her 147-10 throw in the discus ranks fourth ... ranks fourth all-time at Concordia in the indoor shot put (43-9.75)
High School: Leonard was the 2008 Idaho 4A state champion for Lakeland High School in the shot put with a throw of 43-5, and also took third in the discus at 122-6 ... she earned all-state honors in both events.
