2006 Track: Earned second-team All-WAC honors with a fifth-place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the WAC Outdoor Championship with a personal-best time of 9:25.70, and also finished 11th in the 5000m at the outdoor championship ... took seventh in the 3000m at the WAC Indoor Championship with a personal-best time of 8:52.80 ... Set a new indoor personal best in the 5000m run with a time of 15:41.37

2005 Cross Country: Finished 21st at the WAC Cross Country Championships to help the Vandal men to a second place finish. 

2004 Cross Country: Finished 58^th at the Big West Cross Country Championships… Placed 20^th at the Idaho Cross Country Invitational… Finished 64^th at the Sundodger Invitational.

2003-04: Was 50th at the Big West Cross Country Championships... Finished 23rd at the Cougar Invite... Placed 29th at the Idaho Cross Country Invitational… Finished 20^th in the 10,000m run at the Big West Conference Championships.
