Hall of Fame
Denise Brose Sparkman helped make women’s basketball a premier sport at Idaho in the early 1980s. She helped lead the Vandals to three AIAW national tournament appearances and three Region IX titles, as well as a #12 final ranking in 1981-82. She also earned 1982 AIAW All-American honors. By the time she graduated in 1983, she held every offensive school record—19 total—and still holds four of those records today.
