Drafted by the Boston Celtics 14th overall in the 1954 NBA Draft. Played three seasons in the NBA, two for the Celtics, one for the St. Louis Hawks. Averaged 3.6 points and 5.3 rebounds in 155 career NBA games. One of four NBA draft picks in Idaho history. Second on the Idaho all-time single-season rebound list (1953-54 - 333). Third on the Idaho Career Rebound list (791). First-Team All-PCC Northern Division 1953-54. Led the Vandals to three-straight second-place finish in the PCC Northern Division. Teammate with future Vandal coach Don Monson. Had a long career in the FBI after his NBA career.
